Processing Times

Thank you for supporting RECLAIMED & CO.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the type of item ordered:

In-stock and reclaimed/vintage items: Usually ship within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order and print-on-demand items: May require additional production time before shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of RECLAIMED & CO’s control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. RECLAIMED & CO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error with your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, RECLAIMED & CO is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information for assistance.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, your delivery area, and the carrier before contacting us.
